Ordered an Energy Performance Certificate on their website and they phoned me that afternoon and arranged to do my survey the next day. The chap was on time and had good manners. The next day I got my report in full colour by email and then the following day I got a nicely put together paper copy. All in all Great Service. I would recommend you to my friends and family.

I contacted them through their website, within a couple hours I was contacted via telephone by a very friendly gentleman who arranged a convenient time for me. The inspector turned up exactly on time and explained everything in detail during the inspection, he informed me that I would receive my Energy Performance Certificate within 24 hours via email and a paper copy would be sent out not long after. Checked my email next day and there it was in full colour. All in all a very pleasant chap and answered all my questions. Next time I sell another house I would definitely use again.

The Inspector arrived bang on time and produced our Energy Performance Certificate within 24 hours. Professionalism and service have made a rare joint appearance. How’s that for good service? It’s changed my whole way of thinking of how to make the best energy savings, in my home. Importantly this quick turnaround enabled us to make our property ready for the first viewing. Thank you DHPI, I have recommended you to my family and friends.
