To order an EPC simply fill in the form below. Please select the property type by the number of bedrooms, and if required a paper copy, the property address and a contact telephone number. After completing your order you will receive confirmation of your purchase from Paypal. One of our surveyors will then contact you by telephone to arrange a convenient time and date to survey your property.

Your Energy Performance Certificate will be completed and forwarded to your email address within 24 hours of the time of inspection. If a paper copy of your EPC is required, please select this option from the drop down menu. Paper copies are delivered via Royal Mail first class.
